of all the cars, my favorite is the continental mark ll. i hate to correct you but it was never called a lincoln…just continental mark ll. in the sixties the lincolns were called ”lincoln-continental” after they discontinued the mark ll. later they dropped the ”continental” moniker when they resumed the mark series as the mark lll. in my opinion many more were made, making it more common and even less exclusive. to me, it was just a big, heavy car that was expensive, but not special.
