Government Vehicle Auction – The Real Deals Start Here

The best place to buy an automobile these days is not at your local car dealership or used dealership.  It’s at government vehicle auctions, where many deals are found on a daily basis.  It’s not so much of a problem that they are hard to find and are usually not located near you, because the deals that they have are more then worth it.

I noticed that after buying multiple cars from used car dealerships and having them break down or buy a brand new car and having it break right after the warranty ran out, that my it was in my best interest to find other deals.  After a few government vehicle auctions I found myself bidding on a car with only 15,000 miles and excellent condition.  It was a theft recovery and the only thing missing was the stereo, which I usually replace myself anyways.  I have found that the best asset to have when attending an auction is a friend with experience working on vehicles, and it really showed when they can point out which cars to stay away from, because you don’t get much time to usually look through all the vehicles before the bidding starts.

While government vehicle auctions sound like really good deals, you also have to make sure you don’t get into a bidding war.  You want to set your price and stick to it, if someone out bids you, then just let it go.  Also, make sure that if you don’t have cash to purchase a vehicle that you get approved for a loan previous to attending the auction, so that you know what your price range is.

After searching the internet for information, I found America’s most trusted resource for government vehicle auctions.
